MyPatio Solutions provides:

• Professional installation services

• Installation-only services for customer-purchased products

• Consultation and measurement services

Services are subject to availability, location, weather conditions, and site readiness.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All prices provided are estimates, unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Site conditions

  • Product model and size

  • Ground preparation requirements

  • Permit or HOA requirements

• Prices do not include permits, city fees, HOA approvals, engineering plans, or surveys unless explicitly stated.

3. Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required before scheduling installation.

• We accept credit cards and approved financing options (such as Klarna).

• Financing fees, interest, or service charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Any financing agreement is between the customer and the financing provider, not MyPatio Solutions.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Installation dates may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before installation may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or installation is scheduled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Installation Conditions & Site Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the installation area

• Ensuring the area is level and suitable

• Identifying underground utilities, irrigation lines, or electrical lines

MyPatio Solutions is not responsible for damage to:

• Underground utilities not disclosed

• Landscaping, pavers, or surfaces not properly protected

• Pre-existing site conditions

6. Permits, HOA & Local Regulations

• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and obtain:

  • City or county permits

  • HOA approvals

  • Zoning compliance

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, MyPatio Solutions does not pull permits and is not liable for fines, violations, or stop-work orders.

7. Product Warranties

• Product warranties (if any) are provided by the manufacturer, not MyPatio Solutions.

• Installation workmanship warranty, if offered, is limited to installation labor only.

• Damage caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Improper use

  • Modifications by third parties

  • Acts of God
    is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MyPatio Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.
